VIASURE Resp. viruses Quick Lysis Reagent

Designed to quickly process respiratory samples as nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs and saliva.

Compatible with VIASURE qPCR products, including SARS-CoV-2 detection kits. Very easy transport and storage, not freeze required.

Workflow

1 Sample collection

  • Nasopharyngeal swabs in different transport media.
  • Oropharyngeal swabs in different transport media.
  • Saliva without preservatives.

2 Quick Lysis Reagent

  1. Mix the sample.
  2. Rehydrate VIASURE Quick Lysis Reagent. Incubate for 10 minutes at 100°C.

Transfer the supernatant directly to
RT-qPCR assay.

3 Molecular diagnosis method

Add the supernatant to the RT-qPCR (for VIASURE products, use a special qPCR Rehydration Buffer).
