VIASURE RNase P Real Time PCR Detection Reagents RUO is a non-automatized qPCR test designed for the qualitative detection of DNA from human ribonuclease (RNase) P gene. This target, an endogenous human gene, is of great utility to verify sample integrity and proper nucleic acid (NA) extraction.
DNA from RNase P gene is extracted from human samples, amplified using qPCR and detected using fluorescent reporter dye probes specific for RNase P gene.

This test must be used for research purposes and has no medical objective.
