The new VIASURE Master Mix kits are designed for Conventional PCR, Real Time PCR, Sequencing… containing in each well all the necessary components for retrotranscription and/or amplification reactions. Only needed to add primers/probes and template to perform the reaction.
In addition, VIASURE PCR enzymes is composed by the required components for your RT-PCR or PCR reaction set-up, including Reverse Transcriptase and Taq DNA polymerase.
VIASURE –essentials- consists of VIASURE Master Mix and VIASURE PCR enzymes.
Both kits have been tested and evaluated according to ISO 13485.
